from a retail perspective.
- Is
there more than one kind of bead in this Kit?
- Yes.
Almost all of our kits have more than one type or color of bead. Christine
has been working with beads for over 30 years and they looked different to
her in the bag. (They all look the same to me (her husband) but then I'm
color blind.) If you can't see the
difference please

- How do I order a kit?
- You
can
Contact Us and we will sell you the kit directly.
- You can also
contact one of our wholesale customers. We never sell our kits cheaper than
the suggested retail so you may get a better deal from them. They are also
set up to react to a single kit order better than us. See
this page for names and contact information.
- You can now
order from our web site. At this time we have the Ball Gowns listed. As I
get time I'll keep adding the other products.
- What should
I do if I think I'm short on beads?
- Contact
Us. We are always trying to improve our manufacturing and the
feedback is a big help.
- I've called the
800 number several times and nobody calls me back. What is the
problem?
- The problem is trying to do a lot with a little. As you can tell (I hope)
this is a small operation. In a perfect world we'd have a bank of people
taking hundreds of orders with a factory of happy workers (notice plural)
singing the company song and perfectly putting your kits together. Some where
in there Christine would be getting rich so she could buy me a wonderful
present. The bottom line is that Christine often lets the phone messages
pile up for a week at a time because of other priorities like getting out the
orders we already have. If you have an urgent message to get to her your best
bet is to send it to me at
webmaster@fireflybead.com and I'll forward it to her by laying it on her
pillow. Since this is suppose to be fun both for you and us nasty people can
shop someplace else.
- What is your Refund Policy?
Well at first we are real nasty trying to scare you away like the Cowardly
Lion but then we quickly fold and give you a full refund. Honestly, we just
want people to enjoy the experience so if you don't like it let us know why
and what we need to do to help.
- What currency
do the prices refer to?
- What is your
delivery policy?
- This is a known weakness for us. We'd like to get down to turning orders
out in 24 hours but it is often more like a week. We know that sometimes
people are trying to get ready for a holiday or create a gift so please let us
know if you have a time constraint.
- Why are there
restrictions on the
classes?
- Christine has been teaching class a long time now. It takes energy and
commitment on her part to deliver the class. It seems that many people take
the class pretty lightly and tend to cancel when it comes time to actually "do
it".. So for the other students benefit and for Christine this seems to work
best.
